Hello, and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. Thank you for your interest in ABM NeuroMovement® (ABMNM).
I am a wife, mother, NeuroMovement Practitioner, Fitness and Yin Yoga Instructor, outdoor enthusiast, and animal lover. I am deeply committed to connecting with people and supporting them in finding more ease, joy, and possibility in their everyday lives. I believe in the power of movement and love discovering new ways to experience it — both personally and with others.
I discovered ABM NeuroMovement® in 2020 while searching for support for my daughter, Willow, following her diagnosis of spastic diplegia cerebral palsy. I was pleasantly surprised by how much she enjoyed her lessons, and even more amazed by the changes we noticed after each intensive. Our family felt happier, daily life seemed easier, and I knew I needed to learn more.
I started the training program in 2021 with the goal of helping Willow and feeding my passion to work with children and families similar to ours. At that time I was dealing with back pain and was thrilled to discover how quickly these long held patterns could change. Movement became pleasurable and a real possibility. Soon I noticed positive changes in many other areas of my life as well, anywhere from my personal relationships to daily life activities like picking up my daughter without back pain, making my life a whole lot better.
Facilitating this kind of life changing learning and transformation for others as an ABMNM® Practitioner brings me the greatest joy!!
Please reach out if you have any questions regarding our story or would like more info regarding ABM NeuroMovement®.
